Shipping and Returns

What are your shipping days and hours?

We ship products from our Greensboro, North Carolina location Monday – Friday.

We urgently need a product—do you offer express shipping or next-day delivery?

We can ship express orders via FedEx®, UPS®, or DHL®, Monday through Friday, between the hours of 8 a.m. and 3 p.m EST. The earlier you submit your order, the faster we can serve you.

Can you ship all products the day I place my order?

We maintain adequate stock levels for all our products and take pride in our ability to offer same-day shipping for most items; however, there are some exceptions.

Due to the specialized nature of our ScopeVault Endoscope Storage Cabinets and SafeCap Endoscope Transport Carts, we will be unable to ship those products on the same day.

Do you charge for shipping?

If you are a member of HealthTrust® or Vizient®, shipping is charged based on the terms of the negotiated agreement. For all other customers, we charge a reasonable amount for shipping.

Alternatively, we can ship through your FedEx®, UPS®, or DHL® account number. We do not send products through the US Postal Service. Some products, such as our industry-leading ScopeVault Endoscope Cabinet, require special shipping and handling.

If I need to return a product, what do I do?

In general, product returns must be initiated within 30 days from the date of receipt. Please contact one of our customer service representatives at 877.572.9985 or email us at info@clinicalchoice.com. Please note that some products are not eligible to be returned.
