My facility is not located in the United States, can I order from you?

Yes, but there are exceptions. We can ship to any destination except countries that are on the restricted country list. In particular, we do not ship to Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Sierra Leone, Palestinian Territories, South Sudan, Myanmar, and Crimea Ukraine.

We also do not ship to high-risk countries including but not limited to: (CI) Côte d’Ivoire, (CD) Democratic Republic, (LR) Liberia, (SY) Sudan, (BY) Belarus, (IQ) Iraq, (ZW) Zimbabwe, and (SY) Syria.

Do you cover the shipping costs for orders outside of the United States?

Because of the cost savings we provide, we are unable to offer free shipping for international orders. We can arrange for shipping through your account number with FedEx®, UPS®, or DHL®.

All customs, duties, and taxes (including VAT) are your responsibility.

Do you offer payment terms for international customers?

In general, all international orders are prepaid.

Do you require a minimum purchase amount for international customers?

In general, we require a minimum purchase of $1,000 USD for all international orders.
